Your Online Registration
- Exhibitor level includes 2 complimentary Booth Staff registrations.
- Connection level includes 3 complimentary Booth Staff registrations.
- Educational level includes 4 complimentary registrations: 3 Booth Staff & 1 Sponsored Speaker registrations.
- Additional representative registration is $575 each.

General Show Information
- VERY IMPORTANT: There will be a brief meeting with all exhibitors on Wednesday at 4:30 pm for an overview of the conference. Please have at least one booth representative in attendance.
- An on-site “Exhibitor Liaison” will be on-hand for you throughout the conference.
- As a courtesy to our exhibitors, breakfast and lunch will be provided for all registered exhibitor booth representatives Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Name badges are required.
- An authorized representative, with their name badge, must be in your booth at all times during Exhibitor Adventure for networking with attendees. Failure to do so may jeopardize future participation at our conference. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated
- We recommend that you do not sign multiple passports for a single person. The purpose of the passport is to direct traffic to your booth. Those who do not personally come to your booth should not receive sign off.
- Remember, there is a contest for Best Booth and Best Booth Giveaway!
- Teardown is 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm on Saturday. Early teardown is prohibited.Keep in mind that attendees want to talk to you following the raffle drawing. It is in your best interest to stay. All exhibitor displays must be torn down and moved out of the exhibit areas by 5:00 pm on Saturday. Please schedule lodging and flights accordingly.
- Please Note: Break-out sessions are for registered conference attendees only. Exhibitors are not permitted to attend courses. If you are an Educational level exhibitor and are presenting an education course, your company representatives are welcome to attend and assist in your session.
Insurance Requirements
Each exhibitor is to have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI). Due to exhibitor requests, we are now including liability insurance which meets all of our insurance requirements along with your booth space fee. You will no longer need go through all the hassles of submitting your own compliant insurance. We hope you appreciate this benefit.
